Meditation at Lokah Yoga

Lokah offers Meditation several times during the week. We encourage you to take part in the practice to help build a sense of spaciousness in your body and mind, aiding in 

reducing stress & anxiety. Our Meditations are guided and breath driven. All classes are virtual. Sign up to receive the code.
