Meditation

Meditation at Lokah Yoga

Lokah offers Meditation several times during the week. We encourage you to take part in the practice to help build a sense of spaciousness in your body and mind, aiding in 

reducing stress & anxiety. Our Meditations are guided and breath driven. 

Sunday 9:15- 9:45am

Tuesday 8:15- 8:45pm

Wednesday  12:00-12:45 Midweek Meditation

Donation Fee

Meditation classes are donation based so you can come and enjoy; pay what you feel. Suggested donation is $5
